- Marketing is King! How did you publicize your business? How did you get people to notice you and not your competitors?
So far, we perform very minimal marketing activities as we have been putting our resources into the research & development side of our projects. Any current traction we have is mostly came from organic growth. However pretty soon we will be going to be more aggressive at marketing esepcially through digital campaigns, influencers marketing, roadshows, and strategic partnerships.
- They say, Talents is what make or break the business. For yourself, how did you get your talents and what did you do to make them remain working for you?
In Dino Media, the main Group behind MYHERO is full of talents because we attracted them with our crazy ambition and that’s excitement to them. Because, sometimes we forget that other than money, there are others incentives in play for people to join your mission, to name a few – purpose, growth, autonomy and ultimately more freedom to express their skills and talents. As the pioneers, we have to keep motivating & empowering the team continuously to stay align for our vision to be reached.

- Businesses need to Innovate in order to stay Competitive in the marketplace – How have you innovated your company to be competitive until today?
We have this burning belief that we are capable to disrupt any industry for the better. We are doing that by:
- Pushing past conventional wisdom by thinking outside the box and sometimes without the box
- Understanding innovation has to be done iteratively for the long run.
- Global economic uncertainties Kill Businesses – In your mind, how did you weather this challenge for your business?
We think that uncertainties can be seen as an advantage to us. It gives us a greater opportunity to try new ideas which might have been regarded as conventional.
