Malaysia Vs Singapore Startup Ecosystem

As a startup entrepreneur in Malaysia, you been hearing about how Singapore have better funding, better support and ecosystem. Well, we at and e27 will have a “friendly” discussion about this matter at the upcoming Founder’s Drink in Kuala Limpur. This event is supported by Amazon Web Services.

Founders Drinks is a community and networking event e27 organizes every month. Other than meeting the community, the focus of this event series is to inspire, engage and connect technology startup communities. With the support of Amazon Web Services and key community partners in the region, we are bringing Founders Drinks on a regional tour this from September to October.

Following our tour to Jakarta, e27 is bringing our monthly community event, Founders Drinks, over to Kuala Lumpur! We’ll be joined by leading Malaysian tech startup blog,, loyalty app startup, ChopChop, as well as Amazon Web Services’ Pieter Kemps. Pieter will be sharing on “The Impact of Cloud on Startups and Venture Capital.” A highly anticipated panel session has also been planned, and we will discuss the “Pros & Cons of The Startup Ecosystem in Malaysia vs. Singapore.”
