2nd Annual Business Process Improvement & Transformation will be taking place from the 25th to 27th of February 2013 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Organised by marcus evans, this event will focus on the key elements mainly Processes, People and Technology that drive the success. This event will present expert speakers from renowned companies around the world.
This conference would be chaired by Eric Michrowski, Process Improvement Centre of Excellence from TELUS, Canada. Eric is recognised as a Top Process Excellence Deployment Leader across America & Asia and was awarded with 2012 Process Excellence Award. With various emerging socioeconomic complexities, he focuses on developing a rapid approach to process redesign in the service sector. He will also facilitate a roundtable discussion incorporating social media with business process.
Furthermore, the master class facilitator, Steve Towers, Business Process & Performance Expert from BP Group will take a project management approach in business process improvement initiatives to increase the likelihood of success and adoption throughout the organisation. He is one of industry’s noted experts in BPM, customer expectation management and performance transformation.
This event includes sharing from renowned speakers, real life case studies and interactive discussions session that allows audience to interact and to obtain immediate feedback from their direct peers on various key concerns in a roundtable setting.
